We have multiple reports that some Canadian users are having delays in SMS delivery today. In all reported cases, our logs show that the message is 'accepted by the carrier' as normal - so we believe the carrier may be flagging them. We're now working to switch sending number to a local Canadian number to see if we get improvements.
If you're not getting SMS in a timely manner, you can deactivate your MFA to get back in (with verification by one of your D4H administrators), but we'd highly recommend re-activating it again using an 'Authenticator App' instead of SMS. We recommend either Google Authenticator app or Microsoft Authenticator app. Both are freely available if you search in the app store and more reliable and secure than SMS.
Not having MFA will make your account significantly less secure.
