Difficulties importing multi-line text fields from collections.

We are currently working on a fix for an issue which is preventing the import of pre-filled multi-line text fields from collections. Preliminary reports suggest this issue was caused by the Rich Text Fields release earlier today.

We estimate the fix will be release shortly and will post an update here once resolved.

10 Minutes Scheduled Maintenance for CA Region Upgrade

We expect to put Team Manager into Maintenance Mode for approximately 10 minutes during a 2 hour window, starting at 07:30 EST (Canada / Toronto, or 12:30 UTC). We're planning a significant upgrade to the storage systems we use which will provide better storage capacities, disaster recovery, and security.

We're aware of an issue resulting in some administrators being unable to invite new users.

Our teams are working on a fix for this issue at present and and expect it to be resolved by approximately 5am Eastern Time Zone.
