20min Scheduled 'Incident Management' Outage for Performance Upgrades

We are doing maintenance on our real-time databases to improve performance for our service provided from our Canadian region data center.

This work is planned for Thursday between 4am - 6am Eastern Standard Time. We expect this will cause approximately 20 minutes of downtime in total during this period.

Our help center team will be available on help@d4h.com throughout.

Our API is currently unavailable, which has caused a knock-on to cause an "An error has been encountered" error for users who sign-in. We expect this to be fixed in the next minutes.

Unable to save activity attendance

Between 11:57 UTC to 15:51 UTC today, it was not possible to save new activity attendance within the Personnel & Training web app due to a misconfiguration. The issue was resolved automatically by our engineers (approximately 1 hour ago).
